Data Deletion
You can delete Flousi data from your device, remove your online profile, or ask support to help with a deletion request.
Delete data on this device
Flousi stores your money records on the device or browser you use. Open Settings in Flousi, export anything you want to keep, then use the delete or reset controls. You can also clear website storage for flousi.app from your browser or device settings.
Delete your Flousi profile
If you created a Flousi profile, you can remove profile data from the app Settings page where available. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your profile and ask for deletion help.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers the finance records, imports, balances, notes, settings, snapshots, community profile details, and account data connected to your request. Some scrubbed technical records may be kept only when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling reasons.
Before you delete
Export your data first if you need a copy. Deletion may be permanent and cannot always be undone.
What not to send
Do not send bank passwords, card PINs, full card numbers, one-time banking codes, or private documents by email. Flousi support can help without those details.
