Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026. This policy explains how Flousi handles app data for the web, PWA, and mobile versions.
Data You Enter
Flousi stores finance records that users enter or import, including accounts, transactions, statement metadata, budgets, liabilities, investments, vehicles, evidence notes, action checklists, alerts, reports, settings, and optional community messages.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to provide tracking, duplicate-safe imports, charts, reports, salary allocation, alerts, forecasts, and decision-support checklists. Flousi does not initiate bank transfers, card payments, or trades.
Storage
The local app can run with local device/browser storage. If cloud sync is enabled, user data is stored on the configured Flousi backend for the signed-in account.
External Services
Flousi may use documented external services only when a user enables or requests features such as exchange rates, market quotes, OCR, or optional cloud sync. The app should show unavailable states instead of inventing financial data when an external service is not configured or reachable.
User Control
- Users can export local backups.
- Users can restore from backups.
- Users can delete local data from the app.
- Signed-in users can export or delete their server account data.
